Star Cellar Door
On the back of the resounding success of its cellar door and restaurant in the Coal River Valley, Frogmore Creek recently opened its stunning city venues of The Lounge and Atmosphere restaurant, introducing Hobart’s ultimate waterfront cellar door and fine dining opportunities. In 2018, The Lounge commenced cellar door tastings of the Frogmore Creek range.
Chef Ruben Koopman is talented in partnering local produce seamlessly with the wines, both as an all day menu at The Lounge and as three levels of degustations at Atmosphere.
No detail has been overlooked with everything from the furniture to the cutlery and crockery bespoke crafted uniquely for the venue. The only question is which is the hero: the gorgeously appointed space, captivating view, stunning cuisine or elegant wines. I haven’t decided. Must go back. TYSON STELZER
