Kate and Hamish Laurie have created a polished oasis, cradled among the vines and perfect all year round. Kate was a finalist in our Winemaker of the Year Awards in 2016 and focuses her talents on elevating the quality of Adelaide Hills sparkling to the highest possible level. Discover a comprehensive range of sparkling styles with orchestrated tasting flights and special limited release bottles you won’t find anywhere else. The other wines in the range are also excellent and they have been doing particularly good things with pinot noir in recent vintages. The deck is heated in winter and opens out to a lush, grassed area in summer, with regular live music events. Upstairs there’s a tasteful private room that seats 20 and they’ve recently completed a hidden underground cellar feature, too. NICK STOCK
