Taste your way through some of the top examples of cabernet sauvignon coming out of WA with Peter Bourne. Sydney-siders can catch the tasting on Wednesday 1 September at Winespace, and those in Orange on Monday 6 September at Ferment, the Orange Wine Centre. The Sydney tasting is A$80 and Orange is A$60, and both run from 6pm to 8pm.

Tasmanian Great Eastern Wine Week


For the first time ever, the Great Eastern Wine Weekend is turning into an 11-day festival celebrating the best of Tassie's East Coast. From meet the maker tastings, live music, long grazing dinners and oyster shucking, there's more than 50 events lined up. You can even take in a workshop pairing game meat with local wines or a whisky masterclass.
