You could say the tale of South Australia’s Rollick Wines  is one of fate. Born just two weeks apart, delivered by the same doctor in the Barossa Valley, Tash and Jack Weedon moved away from their hometown to pursue careers in winemaking and business respectively. But then after a chance meeting, the duo have brought their own fun, energetic label Rollick Wines to life.

The 2019 vintage is a good one for Wendouree and certainly a strong follow-up to the outstanding 2018 vintage wines. Whilst not quite reaching that same dizzying height of quality, these are indeed quite close. Nick Stock reviews the latest from Wendouree.

The inaugural Star Wine List Awards Australia were held on 8 November, showcasing and acknowledging the country’s top wine lists and the teams behind them. The internationally renowned awards have been running since 2017, across the UK, US and Europe, and here at GT WINE, we were proud to be part of the first Australian edition of the awards.
