Blair and Renee Allen are consumate professionals with Blair’s produce-based menu proving understandably popular and already among the region’s finest places to dine. Jeremy Gordon made his reputation in Margaret River winning the Jimmy Watson Trophy in his second vintage here. It has been with reds that he has continued to make his greatest impact with impeccably oaked full-bodied reds such as the 2013 Reserve Cabernet and budget-priced quaffers such as the lightly oaked Trellis Cabernet Merlot.
