It’s been 20 years since wine industry entrepreneur, John Large committed a lot of money to this seminal Southern Highlands vineyard. It was a long-term gamble, that’s now paying off. The winery was built in time for the 2002 vintage with winemaker Tony Cogsriff overseeing the winemaking ever since.
However, Centennial Vineyards is much more than just wine with a terrific restaurant owned and managed by Mandy and Robin Murray – please note the separate telephone number for restaurant bookings. Add weddings, parties and events and Centennial Vineyards is an amazing hospitality hub. PETER BOURNE
