The Black Chook Sparkling Cuvée is a non-vintage wine produced from cool climate Chardonnay, predominantly 3-5 years of age. Its clean, tic nose, elegant soft fruit palate, and velvety creaminess, is backed up by a fresh zippy finish, due to the blending of younger vintage Chardonnay.
