A cloudy ; lemon pith and lemon zest on the nose, with some nice mineral notes; it has that sort of slightly burnt match/sulphide complexity on the nose. Lemon characters carried through to the palate; ginger and cider characters were also present. A foamy, creamy mouth feel. A really attractive, well executed wine
