This highly acclaimed vineyard has produced another gem in this cuvée sparkling. Made entirely from pinot noir of varying age, it has delicate s and flavours of toasted brioche, wild strawberries and cashews. It’s rounded out by a delicious fine bead and a dry, lingering finish. Perfect with a warm asparagus salad.
