For a second consecutive year, congratulations go to Bentley Restaurant + Bar for being awarded the Best List of Wines by the Glass in Australia. Nick Hildebrandt and Ben Gardiner present an original selection of local and international wines to suit all budgets.

What sets this list apart is the careful consideration of each listing. Accompanying each wine is a brief story and tasting note giving the diner empowering knowledge; allowing new wine styles to be chosen with confidence. The focus is firmly on small producers who make unique, expressive wines, many of whom adopt organic and biodynamic principles in their production.

The diversity of the offering is thrilling, with over 10 varieties represented in each of the red and white categories, plus rosé, sparkling wine, chilled reds, orange and oxidative styles, sake, sherry and Madeira.

Bentley continues as a leader in its field, showcasing lesser-known producers and styles. The list is a perfect complement to Brent Savage’s inventive food, allowing the diner to pair wine and food easily. Furthermore, the eclectic offering of fine labels expands the knowledge of its patrons and is a must-visit place for all wine lovers.
